We take this opportunity to recognize and congratulate our young people, especially Clilia Davis of the Cayon Congregation, and Natasha Grey and Cheyenne Quinlan of Wesley.
Clilia Davis was awarded a certificate by the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, as a young lady performing extremely well in the field of piano playing. She is currently in Grade 7 and will sit her exam later this month.
Natasha Grey, Completed the Legal Education Certificate in March 2012 at the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica. She is currently awaiting admittance to the Bar of St. Christopher and Nevis. Natasha holds an Honours degree from the University of Huddiersfield, England, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Skills from City University, London England. She has already been Admitted to the Bar of England and Wales.
Cheyenne Quinlan has won a bronze medal and a set of books for her school libraries. A student at the Washington Archibald Hgh School, Cheyenne placed fifth in the world, for the Third Essay Competition put on by the Food and Agriculture Organization to mark World Food Day. The theme for the competition was ‘Food Prices – from Crisis to Stability.’
